Artwork Guide lines (Logo)

For us to give you the best quality product and expedite your order, we need you to send your art in one of the following formats

Format

We accept files in Windows formats:

• Vector-based Art
  • *.EPS, *.AI, *.CDR CorelDraw Files
    Note: When sending vector art, please convert all fonts to paths, curves, or outlines.
• Rastered Art
  • *.tif, *.eps, *.psd, *jpg files at 300 DPI or greater
• Adobe PDF Documents
  • Make certain all fonts and images are embedded.

Scanned images

• Halftones should be scanned at a minimum of 300 dpi resolution.
• Line art should be scanned at 1200 dpi resolution.

What we need

• 3.5” Floppy diskettes
• CD-ROMs (CD-R, CD-RW, or DVD in PC readable format).
• Via E-mail. Send files to graphic@idzone.com.au (10 MB limit).
• Please include, contact name, address, e-mail and phone number.
• If sending via e-mail, please compress files into a single ZIP. (*.ZIP)
• If sending files on disk or CD, please include a print out of file, a print out of the directory of disk or CD, and colour separations if applicable.

When specifying colours, be sure to specify either Pantone (PMS) colour matching system numbers (e.g. PMS 485 Red) or 4 Colour Process (CMYK).

We cannot use the following:

• Faxed or photocopied art
• 72 DPI web images, JPEG or GIF file formats
• Film negatives
• Pre-screened art
• Images placed in Microsoft Word or Microsoft Office programs
