Step 1 - Order

• Through our secure, friendly and easy order online service.
  Available only for badges and pet tags (less than 15 names)

Step 2 - Pay

• Process your credit card payment via our secure site when you order online.

  • Acceptable: Visa, Mastercard, Bankcard & American Express
    (please note that for American Express, your payment on your statement will appear as Greg's Mr. Fixit)

• Direct Debit via EFT or Direct Deposit

  • Account payment details for payment via Electronic Funds Transfer:
    • Account Name: ID ZONE
    • Bank: Commonwealth Bank of Australia
    • Branch BSB: 062-511
    • Account Number: 1015-2917

• Cheque or Money Order

  • All must be in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are to be made payable to:

Step 3 - Confirm (applies to name badges, photo ID, colour card and corporate key tags)

• When the payment is cleared, within 3 days, we will send you some designs and fonts for you to choose.

Step 4 - Delivery

• When payment is cleared we will process the order (applies to pet tags)
• Unless otherwise specified, most new orders will be delivered within 7 days, reorders will be 3 days. Other countries may experience longer delays
• Optional Freight:
  • Within Australia & NZ
    • Free delivery with Australian Post. Please allow up to 7 business days.
      All care taken but no responsibility once posted.
    • Delivery by registered Post (insured) with Australia Post. Please allow up to 3 business days ($11.00)
  • International
    • Air Freight by Australian Post (registered and insured), $20.00
